2438020 - InputField/ComboBox JavaScript Error in IE Quirks on Content Administration

Symptom

While using Internet Explorer in Quirks mode and when accessing the Content Administration to change parameters InputField or ComboBoxcontent and they are in italic, changes will NOT take effect. Instead of changing the parameter, the previous parameter value is back.

The below exception is shown:


SCRIPT87: Invalid argument.
