2438071 - Email notification from Job moveCandidatesToReqCloseStatus when hiring a candidate

When a candidate is hired to fill the last available position on a requisition, the user completing the hiring action will receive the following email notification:

Recruiting Management (RCM) release b1611 and above

• Move a candidate to Hired status on the pipeline or Hire a candidate via Onboarding integration. The candidate must be filling the last available position for this requisition, which will automatically move the remaining candidates to Requisition Closed status. The user performing the Hire will receive the automated notification.

 

•  Manually close a requisition with candidates still in process.

This email is generated by a system job, triggered when the requisition is closed (either because all the positions are filled or manually) and the remaining candidates in process are automatically moved to Requisition Closed status.

The job can be viewed by going to Provisioning > Monitor Jobs > Select Job Type 'Move candidate(s) to Requisition Closed status'.

 

This is expected behaviour. This email is an automated notification triggered by a system job, and as such, it cannot be modified - there are no options to modify the job from Provisioning and it will not be listed in Manage Scheduled jobs.
