2438154 - My inbox: Attachments created in PO/PR not displayed in case of Release Strategy - SAP Fiori & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

An attachment is added to a Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order in transaction ME51N/ME21N (or the corresponding Advanced (WEBGUI) app).

Once saved, the Release Strategy is triggered.

When the document is displayed in My Inbox app, not all existing attachments are displayed there.
