2438154 - My inbox: Attachments created in PO/PR not displayed in case of Release Strategy - SAP S/4HANA

An attachment is added to a Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order using transaction ME51N, ME21N or CV01N (or the corresponding Advanced (WEBGUI) apps).

Once saved, the Release Strategy is triggered. When the document is displayed in My Inbox app, not all existing attachments are displayed there.
