How to Add or Remove fields from Job Applications page of the Career site portal

Reproducing the Issue

As an internal Candidate, follow the steps outlined below;

  1. Home > Careers > Job Applications tab
  2. Remove the 'Alternate Location(s)' for example

As an External Candidate:

  1. Career Site > Log in > Job Applications tab
  2. Remove the 'Alternate Location(s)' for example

Cause

The fields which will appear in this page are the same configured as filters in the career portal.

Setting the Grid Order column to zero from 'Internal and External Applicant Search Settings' in "Admin Center" will omit the field from the search results table.

Resolution

  1. Admin Center -> Recruiting Internal and External Career Search Settings:
  2. Change the Grid Order value from '8' to '0'

  3. The 'Alternate Location(s)' field will not be shown in the career portal
