2438229 - Some Activities were not Generated in Implementation Project

You have completed the scoping of your implementation project, but some activities are missing in activity list.

1. Go to Business Configuration and select Implementation Projects view
2. Click on Open Activity List
3. Filter for acitities Activities in Project
4. Some activities are missing although the corresponding scoping option is scoped

 

The activity list is generated automatically according to the scoping, but there are two type of activities: Mandatory and optional.
The mandatory activities are those you can't remove from the project e.g Close Project.
Initially only the mandatory activities are automatically included to the project.

 

If you want to see all activities according to the scope, you have to change the selection to show All activities.
If you want to change/maintain an optional activity you have to add it to the project using button Add to project.
