Symptom

The following error appears when executing step "Maintain Users" of Managed Systems Configuration for a Java system,

An unexpected error occured; check details

The error details as below can be seen,

No P4 connection could be established to <SID> from <Host of SOLMAN> 
Exception during getInitialContext operation. Wrong security principal/credentials.(cause=com.sap.engine.services.security.exceptions.BaseLoginException Cannot authenticate the user.)

Other error:

No P4 connection could be established to <SID> from <Host of SOLMAN> 
Exception during getInitialContext operation. No configuration found for key (<SID>/sapj2ee/msgserver/host)
