2438270 - Picklist in ONB panel is blank in Onboarding 1.0

The HCM picklist field in Onboarding panel is not populated and is blank.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

The key in data dictionary is configured as picklist with Intergation Type : Code Based.

Export the picklist and check if the picklist has external code in the csv file.

This issue will cause if the external_code is empty.

Import the picklist csv file after adding the values for External_code.
