Our company has decided that it is not necessary to have an additional step where employees/new hires need to enter a password after they are already logged into the system.
How to turn off inputting a password on the "Click to Sign" option for Onboarding.SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Onboarding 1.0
- Pick up an activity on Signature Step
- The system will ask to click a checkbox and enter in password to sign documents.
Resolution
This is not possible. According to the current system design, we cannot disable this functionality, and the user is required to enter the password before proceeding to sign the forms.
