• Following errors seen in FRS (File Repository Server) logs:
  

  FileResourceMgr::manage: Setting num writer for C:\Input\a_217\118\037\2455257\ to 1. ID is: w100681488524664
  FileStoreManager::remove: Failed to remove the file C:\Input\a_217\118\037\2455257\ in a file system operation. Please check access rights or for a sharing violation. Reason: Directory not empty
  FileResourceMgr::free: Decrement num writer for C:\Input\a_217\118\037\2455257\ to 0

  assert failure: (.\frsresmgr.cpp:1072). (false : FileResourceMgr::unlockFile: Cannot find entry for file C:\Input\a_217\118\037\2455257\dsws_upload_azifazbzppzakukipkr_6nw-guid[3cdf58c5-64a7-4711-a02f-60799b6dd905157]).

• Following errors seen in CMS (Central Management Server) logs:

  FilesCallback::operator(): An object was deleted, removing files from FRS
  Synchronous Delete: Delete failed for [2455257].  Creating Tombstone with no cleanup delay.

• Event Viewer throws errors raised by CMS or FRS that it failed to remove files
