2438526 - Links to SuccessStore not available in Manage Job Profile Content

When using Manage Job Profile Content to add roles, families, and skills, the buttons to add these entities are missing:

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Log in to SuccessFactors
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Job Profile Content
3. Select Set Up Families and Roles
4. Select either the Families or Roles tab
5. Buttons are missing for Add Families from SuccessStore or Add Roles From SuccessStore

OR

1. Log in to SuccessFactors
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Job Profile Content
3. Select Skill
4. Button is missing for Add Skills from SuccessStore

The "Skill Master Catalog" option is not enabled in Provisioning

As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage a Certified Partner to assist with this configuration. If you do not have a Certified Partner, you can look for one using SAP Professional Services / SAP Certified Partner / SAP Account Management Team [SuccessFactors Cloud].

Please note before proceeding:

• Enabling the Skill Master Catalog will enable JDM v2.0 (Job Profile Builder).
• Please disregard "Additional subscription fees" as this is no longer applicable

Steps:

1. Log in to Provisioning
2. Select the Company Name
3. Select Company Settings
4. Check the box for Skill Master Catalog(Ensure content is included in contract. Additional subscription fees required.)
5. Select Save
6. Enter the companyId > Confirm
