Symptom
- After accesing the upgraded portal a portal runtime exceptions, like the one below is shown:
com.sap.portal.pcm.Title
! Portal runtime error
An exception occured while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

- Upon checking the Default_Trace file for the exception id, the following stack trace is found:
