2439348 - SATC_AC_INIT_NAMESPACE_REG list is empty

Symptom

A quality expert or developer want to analyze development objects within a prefix namespace ( e.g. /MY_NAMESPACE/ ) with the ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC).

It is not possible to register a namespace for ATC check, because the list of the report SATC_AC_INIT_NAMESPACE_REG is empty.

When the "Register" (Create and transport registrat) button is pressed then the warning message "Select at least one entry without registration" is shown.
