2439413 - Diagnostics Agent installation stuck at kernel specification screen

• You are attempting to install Diagnostics Agent with Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM) and the installation does not get past the Software Package Browser step.
• The status of each kernel package shows "Still missing" even after you provide the Kernel Media Path and click "Next"
• No meaningful error message is displayed. 

• Checking the sapinst_dev.log file, you just see info messages or warnings about the unpacking of the Kernel SAR files as shown below:
