2439533 - Failed to connect to the OLAP source when refreshing reports in BI Mobile

Symptom

Refreshing reports based on BEx query with OLAP connection from BI Mobile results in an error but work on BI Launchpad
Error: Failed to connect to the OLAP source
End to End trace logs show the following error -

#Error=Caught Exception from SL Service: : Error: Failed to connect to the OLAP source.

*** com.businessobjects.mds.olap.protocol.sap.jco.JCOConnection.connect(JCOConnection.java:259)

com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (103) JCO_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Select one of the installed languages on <IP-ADDRESS>
