2439537 - EWA Cannot be Created in Japanese, Chinese, etc. on ST-SER 720 SP06 - Solution Manager

Symptom

You cannot create the EarlyWatch Alert (EWA) in a language other than English.

You cannot create the GoingLive Support session in a language other than English.

This occurs after you applied ST-SER 7.20 SP06.
