2439601 - Password length limited to 20 characters - SCOT

When trying to save a password in the SCOT transaction code
while the "Security" setting is set to either:

• Use TLS, if possible
  or
• Mandatory to use TLS

The following error message is displayed:
"Entry is too long for the field" (Message no. 00092)
