2440129 - Add Custom Slot - Interview Scheduling

When scheduling an interview for an applicant, an organizer must select an interviewer and choose an available time from the interviewer's calendar. If the interviewer hasn't marked any time in their calendar as available, the organizer has the option of adding a custom slot to the interviewer's calendar. This will allow the organizer to choose a date out of the next 5 days and select a start time for the interview. The end time will populate automatically based on the duration of the interview you have set prior to this.

1. Go to Interview Scheduling and select a candidate to schedule the interview for. Then choose an interviewer and you will see the option to 'Add Custom Slot'.
   
2. Choose a date and time for the interview.
   
3. The custom slot will now appear as an available time slot.
   
4. In the interviewer's calendar the custom slot will appear in a blue colour which indicates that it has been made available by a recruiter.

The custom slot will appear in the interviewer's calendar which is accessed through Interview Scheduling -> My Calendar. The timeslot will appear with a blue colour which signals that the time has been made available by a recruiter/organizer. The colour differentiates slightly from the light blue colour that will appear for timeslots that have been made available by the users themselves.

The name of the recruiter/organizer who added the custom slot will not appear beside the timeslot.

Please note that it is not possible to change the time slots themselves. For example, where you see 'Early Morning (1am-9am)', 'Day Time (9am-5pm)' and 'Evening (5pm-1am)', while it is possible to change these labels this will not update the timeslots and may cause confusion when scheduling. It is not recommended to change these labels.
