Symptom

  • Portal Remote Roles Assigned(RRA) via Federated Portal network(FPN) mechanism, are corrupted on the consumer portal. For example: missing entries in the navigation hierarchy (missing Tabs), "null" titles, etc.
  • This symptom might start with few users, but influences on all users eventually.
  • Cleaning the FPN cache usually does not help, or make the situation even worse.
