Symptom

  • After starting Omnichannel Retail Banking or Omnichannel Business Banking, the Application logs contain error messages similar to:
0-500#ERROR#org.apache.tomcat.util.digester.Digester###Start Level Event Dispatcher########Parse Fatal Error at line 1 column 10: DOCTYPE is disallowed 
when the feature "http://apache.org/xml/features/disallow-doctype-decl" set to true. org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: DOCTYPE is disallowed when 
the feature "http://apache.org/xml/features/disallow-doctype-decl" set to true.
