2440321 - My Inbox item count is zero but there are items in the app

Symptom

  • Scenario specific tile has been configured for custom approval using the Extended Task Id (TS00008267_WS90000002_0000000004)
  • There are items in the app, but count on Tile remains to be '0'
  • If configured using simple task type(TS00008267) then it works fine
