There are two types of connectivity which involves local atom:

1. Triggering boomi process (Listner type connectivity) from SF system to run on Local atom:
• Make sure you add allow list of the Public IP address of your Successfactors URL.
2. Triggering API calls from Boomi to connect to SF so that data can be read:
• Make sure you add allow list of the IP address of your local atom in SF system so that API server allows API operations (query/insert/upsert/update etc)
• KBA 2161058 would help you with steps to add allow list of the IP address.
