2440534 - How to export the Data Replication Monitor related MDFobjects via Admin Center

• In case of a misbehavior in the Data Replication Monitor, it is very helpful for the engineering teams to analyze the Data Replication Monitor entries including related MDF objects from the database.
• To extract such objects into a handy format as CSV files, you can export those in Admin Centre.
• The KBA describes the steps on how to export the Data Replication Monitor related MDF objects.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Search for “Import and Export Data” in the search box
3. There you can start the export with the following options:
1. As action to perform, select                      “Export Data”
2. As Generic Object, select                          “Employee Data Replication Status”
3. Chose for Include dependencies:                Yes
4. Chose for Include Immutable IDs:              No
5. Chose for Exclude reference objects:          No
6. Chose for Select all data records:               Yes
7. Start export by pressing the “Export” button

 

4.  Go to Admin Center
5. Search for “Monitor Job” in the search box
6. As the export may take a while to complete, there you can check the status, as well as download the finished export files
• The concerning job is of job name “MDFZIPExport_EmployeeDataReplicationElement” and job type “MDF Data Export”

•  Scroll to the right, click on “Download Status”, save the zip file which is named like “jobResponse00000.zip” and attach it to your ticket
