2440562 - ODP: Hierarchy extraction

Symptom

Extraction of hierarchies from ODP source system (Release/Support Package level: lower than 731 SP 10) via ODP API does not work correctly.

Symtoms:

- only the first segment of the hierarhcy will be extracted
- in InfoPackage maintanance no hierarchy can be choosen
- in DTP filter in case of direct update from the source system, no hierarchy will be found
- in ODP source system, RODPS_REPL_TEST program does not extract all fields of a hierarchy
