2440663 - Talent Icons inconsistency in exported file of v12 Matrix Grid Report

In the exported file of the v12 Matrix Grid Report, all talent icons are shown for the users retrieved in the report, even though only one or a few icons are selected in Display Options, to be shown in the Matrix Report page.

1. Go to Succession > Performance-Potential Matrix or How vs What Matrix;
2. Generate the report;
3. In Display options, select only the icons to be shown for users (e.g. only Gender is selected) > Click Confirm:

4. Only the talent icon selected in Display Options will show for users in the report;
5. Now, export the report results, by clicking the Export icon in the up-right corner of the page (next of the Print Preview and Display Options icons);
6. In the excel sheet, the values for all icons are showing for the users retrieved in the report generated:

The exported excel file of the matrix report generated is designed to show the data of all talent icons configured for Matrix Grid Reports (available in Display Options).

It is not possible to change this behavior in the product, as the excel sheet does not differentiate the users' preferences when generating the report. Thus, to avoid data missing in the spreadsheet, the system will not include the user's display options preferences.
