When starting SAP Online Business Banking a bundle may not initialize:
- Application context(s) not initialized in defined timeout 1200000 ms - [com.sap.banking.bpw-fulfilment]
In the SAP Mobile Platform logs these errors will also be seen:
- Server 'CB_SERVER' not found.
- BPWAdminBean: Failed to start BPW Server with the startup of the AppServer. Error: com.ffusion.ffs.interfaces.FFSException: Server 'CB_SERVER' not found.
