The symptoms below might appear at random:
- The “Analysis” ribbon on the Excel tool-bar disappearing at random, requiring users to go to the COM add-ins menu and manually re-check the Analysis add-in. The Analysis icon reappears after doing so.
- Same symptoms as above, but the Ribbon does not reappear upon re-checking the add-in. The user is forced to open Analysis for Excel through the desktop Start menu. The Analysis icon reappears after doing so.
- After performing both troubleshooting methods above, the Analysis add-in is still not working.
