2440885 - Cancelled Time Off Requests not shown under Absence and Holidays in Time Off ESS UI

• Cancelled time off requests are not showing up on My Requests section in Time Off ESS
• Is it possible to filter the time off requests shown under My Requests in Time Off?

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Management

1. Navigate to Time Off ESS UI
2. Upcoming Time Off > Show ALL > Absence and Holidays
3. Cancelled Leave Requests are missing in the absence list.

• Working as Per the Design.

• Time-off requests displayed under Absence and Holidays on the Time Off ESS page include requests with the following approval statuses:
  • Approved
  • Pending
  • Pending Cancellation
  • Declined
• Currently, there is no option to filter the time-off requests displayed under Absence and Holidays.
• If there is a business requirement to introduce filtering functionality in a future release, please submit an enhancement request for review and consideration by the Product Management team. For more information and guidance on submitting product enhancement requests, please refer to KBA 2090228.
