2440966 - Crystal Report schedule completes successfully but email is not received.

• Crystal Report when scheduled shows status as successful, however email is not received.
• 'Send to' email destination option works.
• Receive following error in Job Server Child logs for schedule workflow :
  Destinations::DestDLL::load(): unable to load dll (progid[CrystalEnterprise.Smtp]location[D:/Crystalserver2016/SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0/win32_x86//dest_CrystalEnterprise_Smtp.dll]). Reason [Loading shared object failed. First tried to load library D:/Crystalserver2016/SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0/win32_x86//dest_CrystalEnterprise_Smtp.dll and failed because of error: [The specified procedure could not be found.]
