2441012 - "Use Existing Account" Field is Missing While Creating Leads Through Data Workbench

You are in the process of creating Leads through Data Workbench and there is no column for Use Existing Account. When you create Lead in the respective workcenter, there is a check box called Use Existing Account and the tool tip is Select this checkbox to create a lead for an existing account.

How can it be accomplished to import leads with business partners in creation using the data workbench? Apparently an error is thrown if the account and contact has not already been created in the system and referenced in the import file, with the account ID and contact ID.
