2441019 - Variable Pay Currency issue: Worksheet shows different currency than expected

Symptom

For Example: For employee ABC, though expected currency is USD, the currency shown is GBP.

Reproducing the Issue

Go to launched worksheet of any planner. We see that the worksheet displays a different currency. i.e. GBP instead of USD

Cause

Please check what is the Currency View Settings for this compensation Plan.

This is Functional Currency Centric.

Also check the LOCAL_CURRENCY_CODE data for this employee. You will see that it will be maintained in GBP. Hence the user's data in worksheet will be displayed in GBP. You can see by exporting the UDF data along with this compensation Plan data.

Local Currency Code is GBP_KBA.png

If the Compensation Plan is Functional Currency Centric and the Local_Currency_code maintained is GBP, in the worksheets data will be displayed as GBP.

Resolution

You will have to change this to USD for respective employees under the LOCAL_CURRENCY_CODE column. Then import the UDF back.

This should resolve the issue.
