2441080 - DB02 shows "Indexes not created" for optional indexes for Hana DB

Symptom

After a system migration from any database to HANA (e.g., ORACLE to HANA) or a fresh installation on HANA, many indexes are listed as 'Indexes not created' under 'Optional indexes' after the Refresh button is clicked in DB02 -> Diagnostics -> Missing Tables and Indexes.
