2441461 - InformationAccess Service GetServerInfo is not available. Install EPM error appears in SAP Analytics Cloud (BOC)

• GetServerInfo is not available and Install EPM error appears when connecting to HANA on-premise system.
• Accessing SAP Analytics Cloud through a reverse proxy works and also the XS-engine is up and running when calling the reverse-proxy with defined path prefix.
• The issue occurs after establishing the connection that is, when calling ".../sap/bc/ina/service/v2/GetServerInfo" Service in JSON-Format:
