2441542 - Activity "Convert BPmon Configuration" fails and prevents completion of the Content Activation procedure within SAP Solution Manager 7.2

Within SAP Solution Manager 7.2, the activity "Convert BPmon Configuration" within Step 2. Activate Content of the Content Activation procedure is failing with one or more of the following errors and preventing completion of the guided procedure:

• "Monitor is unknown for the object <Monitor ID>"
• "Solution <Solution Name><Solution ID>  not or incompletely migrated to MAI due to errors".
