2441595 - BPC MS: User Details shows empty when modifying User Security in BPC MS Admin Console

1. When you go to modify user security in the Admin console, it shows empty,
2. yet the UserProfile table in SQL has the user listed and security works. 
 
This issue occured for one client with users in multiple domains and happened to a specific set of users recently added.
