A Company Admin has downloaded the Company User Detail Report from SAP Jam. They have noticed that some users do not have a value entered in the "Disabled At" column

Resolution
- This is expected behaviour.
- For a company that is integrated with BizX, the records will not show a disabled at timestamp for alumni if the their accounts were not provisioned to Jam.
A user's Jam account is provisioned upon their first login or when someone invites them to a group. - The reason the "Disabled At" column is missing for some of the users in your Company User Detail report is because they never logged into SAP Jam, or were never invited to a SAP Jam Group.
