2442203 - Geo Tooltip labels does show information correctly in SAP BusinessObjects Cloud

• Geo Tooltip shows incorrect information in SAP BusinessObjects Cloud
• Data in the tooltip compared in the "Data View" does not match

• SAP BusinessObjects Cloud 2017.3.2

1. Create model based on flat file containing geo location dimensions.
2. Create a new story and add a geo widget to the canvas.
3. Define tooltip information for the geo layer.
4. When hovering mouse over a geo location observe, that data different than data for same location in the "Data View".

The issue is not reproducible in Wave 2017.6.
