Symptom

  • SAP Replication Server (SRS) reports the following error in the errorlog:

ERROR #60038 DSI(116 DS.DB) - generic/dsi/dsiseq.c(259)
        Failed to create dynamic synchronization element 'DSI_SEQ_List__116__Mutex'. Info 4

  • SAP Replication Server (SRS) crashed with a signal 11 for the RSI thread in the following modules:

    (_sqm_read_message+0x2e69)
    (sqm_read_message+0x4e)
    (_rsi_sender_wrapper+0x1cb)
    (srv__start_function+0x1eb)

    /lib64/libc.so.6(clone+0x6d)
    Attempting to produce a core file.
