2442334 - Repository constants - could not be found in package error

• You have test or production systems and you want to transfer same packages between them. After reimporting the packages, you lose all custom repository constants or repository constants with modified values.
• You have upgraded your Runtime Patch Level.
• You observe the error "could not be found in package" in the DSE log when the runtime is trying to obtain the value of the package constant.
• Example from DSE log: com.sap.idm.ic.Config :D: $pck.mail_debug could not be found in package 4
