2442383 - "An error occurred while resetting your password" in Sybase Mobiliser Platform 5.1

Symptom

  • While logging into Sybase Mobiliser Platform for the first time an error is seen while resetting your original password:
    • "An error occurred while resetting your password"
  • In the mobiliser.log file the cause of the error is also displayed
    • WARN com.sybase365.mobiliser.util.prefs.encryption.api.SmartPreferenceDecryptingInterceptor - Encrypted preference of type AES-128-PBKDF2 found but no strategy found to decrypt encrypted preference 'key.store.password'
    • WARN com.sybase365.mobiliser.util.prefs.encryption.api.SmartPreferenceDecryptingInterceptor - Encrypted preference of type AES-128-PBKDF2 found but no strategy found to decrypt encrypted preference 'key.bank.password'
    • WARN com.sybase365.mobiliser.util.prefs.encryption.api.SmartPreferenceDecryptingInterceptor - Encrypted preference of type AES-128-PBKDF2 found but no strategy found to decrypt encrypted preference 'key.card.password'
