2442468 - Technical object lists: user exits not processed at status change

If a status is set or changed in the technical object list transactions IE05, IE06, IH06, IH08, IH10, IH11, IL05, and IL20 (reports RIEQUI20 and RIIFLO20) by menu function "Goto" - "Functions" - "Active <-> Inactive" or "Deletion Flag", the enhancements IEQM0003 "Additional checks before updating equipment" and ILOM0001 "Additional checks before updating functional location" (user exits EXIT_SAPMIEQ0_001 and EXIT_SAPMILO0_001) are not processed.
