2442816 - CRM-IU: Errors during Contract processing and replication

Symptom

During contract processing different errors may occur in the process or later on in transaction ECRMREPL in ERP system.
The errors can lead to an inconsistent situation of the contract.
Examples are:

  • Ended timeslice re-appears after product change
  • Contract stuck in ECRMREPL after Move Out or Contract Change
  • Missing response BDOC during product change leads to error ECRM_ISU034
  • Missing response from IS-U, status I1054 not removed in CRM
  • BDOC blocked due to error CRM_ORDER019 during forced move-out
  • Error message CRM_IU_IC_SI_MSG021 during Move To Other Premise
  • Other contract replication related errors
