Symptom

In the smp3.sa.error.log file, the error occurs:

I. 01/23 12:39:43. TCPIP link started successfully
I. 01/23 12:39:43. Now accepting requests
E. 01/23 12:40:44. Out of dynamic memory (17.0.4.2053)
Out of dynamic memory

This could cause the SMP server not to start up.
