2443049 - "No configuration found for key (<SID>/<instNumber>/sapj2ee/P4/port)" error - Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

After upgrading the Solution Manager to version 7.2, in Managed System Configuration (MSC) step 4 Enter System Parameters for a managed system, the following error displays when testing the logon for the Setup User (Admin) in the JAVA parameters section:

"Logon Test Failed for user <Setup_Admin_User>
Details: No configuration found for key (<SID>/<instNumber>/sap/sapj2ee/P4/port"

The following exception can also be seen in the SMDAgentApplication log for the Diagnostics Agent:
