2443192 - Some Double Byte Characters cannot be displayed correctly in Information Design Tool and Web Intelligence document

• After setting all client configuration per KBA note 1599417, some double byte Characters cannot still be displayed correctly in Information Design Tool and Web Intelligence document
• Some double byte Characters display garbled
• Sometimes, double byte Characters cannot be returned with error:
• IDT: "Conversion from UTF8 to UCS2 failed : Generic application exception"
• WebI: "Error on Execute: Generic application exception"
