2443244 - Change the user name pattern/format which appears in Recents in LMS admin side

Symptom

Customer asks if it is possible to change the user name pattern/format which appears in Recents in LMS admin side from Last Name, First Name to First Name Last Name.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to LMS admin side.
  2. Go to Recents.
  3. Note the user name appears in the format Last Name, First Name same behavior when you hover the cursor to user name.

Resolution

There is no configuration to change the name format in Recents section of LMS admin side and it is working as designed.
