Symptom

  • Responsible groups for E-Mails differ from selected "Assigned To" org units in agent inbox result list
  • More E-Mails than expected are found in agent inbox - E-Mails are assigned to other organizational units than listed in "Assigned to" dropdown list box
  • Agent inbox filtering the data differently than expected with regard to organizational unit(s)
