Symptom

In order to process and analyse issues in Output Management efficiently, we should gather the following information:

  • Did you face issue while printing or while sending by e-mail.
  • Affected Document ID examples.
  • Is preview of document working fine.
  • If the issue is related to printing.
    • Operating System details.
    • Printer Version.
    • Printer Language used.
  • Is customer printing using Virtual Environment. (Ex: citrix)
  • Is this issue a general issue or does this only occur for a specific user (in this case please provide the user).
  • If data is missing in form preview:
    • Example ID of the document.
    • Expected result in form preview.
    • Check if data is passed in application XML.
    • Form template is standard or customized
  •  Business Impact the issue has on your company or for your users.
