2443530 - Document Generation: state field coming as CODE

State field is displaying the code instead of name while generating documents.

For Ex :Code 598 is displayed in the document instead of state name Karnataka.

Address displaying in Address proof letter with 598 as CODE instead of State: KARNATAKA

Employee Central Document Generation

Home -> Search for actions or people ->Employee name -> Take action ->Generate Document ->Template - Address proof letter -> download

Because of wrong mapping of the Address Field.

To resolve this :

Admin tool --> Employee Files --> Manage Document Template Mapping --> Select Template :"All" and Address Proof Letter (3181).

Change the Target Field of state as (IND)State and save the chnages.
