How to report on Time off/Time Sheet?
Environment

Resolution
- Time Off/Time Sheet is reportable using the Advanced Reporting tool, using the Canvas report when the Report Center is enabled. To enable Advanced Report it is required to follow the KBA 2769843. Please check KBA 2279026 with further information on Advanced Reporting.
- There are standard templates on the Help Portal SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics | SAP Help Portal. Access Advanced Reporting Templates for Canvas Reports | SAP Help Portal to retrieve the required templates. You can also go to Operate > Reporting Templates and select 'Employee Central Advanced Reporting: Standard Reports' and go to section '12.3 Time Management' of the document to refer to the set of reports provided to cover both Time Management functionalities.
- To import the templates, you can refer to KBA 2525983 - How to upload EC Standard Report templates in the Report Center - Advanced reporting.
- To add the timestamp of a leave when it was requested, you should use the "createddate" on the "employee time" object. Please ensure this field is visible first via Configure object definition > object > employee time > "createdDate"
Note: Time Off is not available in Adhoc reports or Dashboards.
