2443548 - Query filter containing to_date() is not working when loading from BW - HCI-DS

Symptom

  • Cloud Integration for Data Services (CI-DS) task runs successfully but the filter inside of the query transform which contains a to_date() function does not filter any rows.
  • May receive the following error: Error calling RFC function to get table data: <RFC_ABAP_RUNTIME_FAILURE-(Exception_Key: STORAGE_PARAMETERS_WRONG_SET)- The system is configured incorrectly.>
